Who is eligible to join?
Our rewards program is FREE to join for all our customers who decide to register and are the legal age of 21 years.
How do I join the Loyalty Program?
Easy as 1, 2, 3.
- SIGN-UP: Start earning points with every purchase after you sign up on our website. Our team can even help you sign up in-store, and you start earning towards your next visit (points are not earned on tax).
- EARN: Every time you purchase, you earn more points than you can apply at three thresholds: $5, $20, $50. Providing a valid phone number and email address is key to accurately earning points each time you shop with us.
- REDEEM: You can check your points balance and available rewards anytime and anywhere with the Ajoya App or through the web portal! At check-out inform our sales team members you would like to redeem your reward. Of course, we are always happy to help look up your points while you are visiting any of our retail locations, and weâll remind you when you hit one of our three reward thresholds.
Pro-tip: When you activate your Ajoya Rewards account, make sure you hit that opt-in / subscribe button so you can hear from us. *You must opt in to email and/or text message communications to view & redeem your rewards. Customers who are not opted in will still accrue points, but will be unable to view or redeem.*

Rewards and loyalty points are earned with every purchase for our members. Our Loyalty Program is tiered which allows members to earn more the more they engage with us.
All members receive points for each purchase that can then be redeemed towards the cost of future purchases.
Platinum Tier > Our top loyal members, having spent at least $2000 lifetime, will earn 2 points for every $1 spent.
Gold Tier > Our mid-level members, having spent at least $501 lifetime, will earn 1.5 points for every $1 spent.
Silver Tier > Our new members, having spent between $1 â $500 lifetime, will earn 1 point for every $1 spent.
*Important Note*
Tier Status will expire if a customer does not shop with us at least once over a 365 day period. Points will expire if a customer does not shop with us at least once over a 200 day period. Points and Tier status timers are reset with every purchase.
The Ajoya App is your new best friend. Scan the QR code to download, then sign up with your phone number and email to access your Ajoya Rewards account. All points earned can take up to 24 hours to become visible through the app.
We chose the three most popular redemption tiers from our previous program and simplified the point reward options. You can now redeem your points for $5, $20, or $50 off individual orders. Saving your points makes them worth even more than they were before.
PRO-TIP: Maintaining a points balance also helps ensure you can take advantage of exclusive, time-sensitive deals when they drop.
Where do we start?
Our Ajoya Rewards loyalty program has three member levels: Platinum, Gold, & Silver.
As you spend, youâll automatically level up, unlocking access to more points and products so that you can elevate on autopilot.
A badge in your wallet (Ajoya App) will indicate your current member status based on your activity as a member to date, and youâll receive a notification any time it changes. You can also ask us about your member status in-store.
Youâll unlock new rewards as you spend, itâs like earning rewards on autopilot!
If youâre new, signing up is easy!
Simply create an account by downloading the Ajoya App, signing up for Loyalty through the website, or asking your friendly budtender! You will need to complete the registration process before you can begin using rewards.
Ajoya Rewards points are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash.
Ajoya Rewards Points begin to accumulate when you join the program, opt in, and complete your first purchase.
Ajoya reserves the right to discontinue membership privileges and void a memberâs point balance and rewards if any unauthorized points are earned or redeemed or if there is any unauthorized use of the program.
Ajoya reserves the right to modify or cancel the Ajoya Rewards Loyalty Program at any time and without notice.
Not as long as you shop once with us within a 200-day window. Weâd miss you too much otherwise.
You can expect an average of one text and one email per week from us. We promise not to be too extra.
Not a bit. You can access your Loyalty Program Wallet from any internet-connected device. Our retail staff are also happy to check on your rewards or provide assistance in-store.
